without having to tighten your belt all the time.

daily record on an app (like Yazio or MyFitnessPal, free on iPhone and Android)
or in a notebook what you eat and drink, your sports sessions and your moods
helps you take a step back and get there traveled. This allows you not to lie
and keep control over what you do.

ourselves for their efforts
At each step
taken (entering a 40, holding a week without cracking, running 30 min non-stop
...), we offer ourselves a little pleasure: a scented tea, a beauty salon, a garment,
a book ... It is important to welcome the results obtained.

those around us
Friends,
children, spouse ... everyone must be on the same wavelength to form "the
winning team"! Having the support of loved ones is important, especially

ourselves as we are
For that, we
test the self-hypnosis: after taking stock of his motivations (being light,
pretty in a swimsuit ...), we close our eyes, calm, we visualize a big clear
and a realistic image representing ourselves in the train to live this moment of
pleasure, we zoom in on the image, we feel these sensations and we open our
eyes when it is satisfactory.

encourage each other
It's basic,
but it works: we note on our diary or Post-it® in bright colors all the little
sentences or quotes that we would like to hear ourselves say: "You're
going to get there", "Go ahead, you are the best! "," Your
efforts are starting to pay off "... And we repeat them out loud in
difficult times.

our results
The first
pounds are starting to take off? We support her transformation by daring sexier
and more colorful clothes, by offering care reshaping in an institute, by
applying make-up, changing her hairstyle ... New weight, new woman, prettier,
more desirable!
