Bet on the development of your protective factors
The development of protective factors reduces the risk of
developing a disorder. Protective factors are elements that, when present in a
person's life, allow them to further develop their personal and social skills.
Protective factors also promote better self-esteem. Thus, a person with more
skills and good self-esteem will tend to make better decisions for him in
situations related to the consumption or the practice of the game or in all
other spheres of his life.
